Outdoor Living Spaces

More and more families are moving their living rooms outside, so why not do it in style! No matter the size of your yard, your outdoor living spaces will work better together if you establish practical traffic patterns to designated "areas".  You can do this in a variety of ways, including creating shifts with hardscape materials, ie: patios, walkways, water/fire features and focal points and the finishing touches with strategically places plantings.  Plantings will provide privacy, secluded spaces, beauty and color to soften and complement the "hard" surfaces.

Through the design process, we will listen to your wanted, needs and concerns for a one-of-a-kind outdoor oasis.  We then apply these thoughts to create a unique layout which is presented in a 3-D rendering displayed on a 72" television screen accompanied by a typographical view on paper, pictures of plant material, options for the hard so surfaces and itemized quote.  There is a design fee which will be discussed at the time of the initial consultation. The initial consultation is always free. The design fee covers the time is takes to take measurements, necessary elevations and creation of the design.  The fee is split into two payments. Half is due with the signed design contract. The balance is due upon the completion of the presentation meeting which is conducted at Diamond's office.  This fee, or a percentage  of it, is deducted from the final payment of a completed project depending on the scope of work that is performed.
